Measurements taken of actual garment. Measure yourself and then compare those measurements to the garment measurements in the chart to decide how you would like it to fit you. For the waist, you should measure the narrowest part of your body where you bend. For the hip, measure the fullest part of your hip & high hip is a good guide.
These leggings should be nice and skin tight so the armour stays in place and your riding pants are easy to pull up over the top.
