International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout & will typically arrive within 4-14 business days of dispatch.


S H I P P I N G .

• As soon as your items have processed tracking details are emailed to you from crew@motoest.com.au, usually 1-2 business days from date of purchase.

• Please check your junk mail or add our email to your address book so we don't skip your inbox.

• Some items in your order may be sent separately in which case you will receive tracking numbers for each item.

• Small single items, such as stickers, will be sent in an envelope without tracking.

• Prices for shipping are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping is at your own cost & prices are for Australia Post Interntional Express or Courier.

• Your purchase will typically arrive within 4-14 business days and we make every effort to deliver on time. Just like driving a car, remote destinations can take a little longer to get to.

• Any import duties, taxes or other fees the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any tax on imports before ordering as this is not the responsibility of Moto Est.

• Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipments and unclaimed goods.

• Click & Collect is now an option at the checkout for selected stock that we hold in our showroom.

• You will be sent an email notification when your order is ready to be collected.

• Orders are usually ready to collect same day (within our opening hours Wed-Sat).


• Pre-order allows you to secure an item before it’s available in stock.

• If you purchase a pre-order item, your item will remain on hold until the goods are received and ready to send to you.

• Any dates provided are estimates only as manufacturing & shipping delays may push the date out in which case, we will contact you with an update on your order progress.

• If your order contains pre-order and non pre-order items it is at our discretion if items are held and sent together or sent in advance of pre-order items but this will be communicated with you.

• Moto Establishment Pty Ltd use a number of Australia Post & Courier services for delivery depending on the address and the item & we pride ourselves on prompt delivery of your items.

• Customers are responsible for receiving their parcels & Moto Establishment Pty Ltd can not be held liable for returned or lost items if no one is at the address to accept the parcel or the address details were incorrect.

• Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.

• Most items are delivered within 2-4 working days within Australia, and 4-14 working days Internationally (all remote destinations can take longer). Some items may take longer and we recommend checking the product page for any notes about extended delivery times for that item.

At Moto Est. we know how important it is to have the right fit so we will do our very best to help you make the best decision on sizing before you purchase, but in the event you need to return an item to us, no problem, you have 30 days!

Returns are also welcome in store.

R E T U R N S .

• If you're unhappy with your purchase, items can be returned to Moto Est. within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund. (Excludes sale items).

• You are responsible for postage costs involved with return shipping, so please do double check measurements & contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

• All returned item(s) must be undamaged in original condition, unworn, unsoiled & in original packaging with tags attached.

• All returns are processed within 24-48 hours.

• Your refund amount will automatically go back to the same payment method as your original order and will be confirmed via email.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs when sending your item(s) back to us.

• Exchange Shipping: Exchange orders over $150 include FREE shipping and all other orders will incur a $6 shipping fee. (An invoice will be emailed to you once we've received your return parcel).

• We will not ship your exchange order until we have inspected your returned item(s) and any shipping fees have been paid (if applicable).
If you want an exchange item quickly or if stock is low, we recommend creating a new online order and returning the other item for refund.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for exchange processing. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your exchange has been processed.

• We try to honour request for exchange at all times but in the event the item you want is not available then you can choose a refund or credit note instead.

• Items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged & received within 30 days of your original order.

• Credit notes (store credits) are issued as digital gift cards and will be sent to the email address provided in your order.

• Credit notes will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, excluding shippings costs.

• The value of the credit note must not be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts and can't be used towards shipping costs.

• Credit Notes can only be redeemed at motoest.com.au

Refunds on return shipping costs with PayPal purchases!

Purchase your Moto Est. order with your PayPal account and if you need to send anything back PayPal can refund your return shipping costs!
This includes up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year.

All sale items are non refundable.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, sale items can be returned within our 30 Returns Policy for a store credit only.

• Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders must pay for shipping both ways.

• Returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of date you received the item/s.

• All returned item/s must be undamaged in original condition, unworn, unsoiled & in original packaging with tags attached.

• All items, excluding sale items, can be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange & be sure to state your preference on the return slip.

• All returns are processed within 24-48 hours.

• REFUNDS are processed and confirmed via email.

• EXCHANGES are permitted but shipping will be calculated & an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you and shipping payment must be made before any exchange is processed.

• CREDIT NOTES are processed and emailed to you to redeem at motoest.com.au via a credit code to be used at checkout.

• Any packages sent back to us must have a valid international tracking number. The shipping costs are not covered by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd.

• Please make sure you mark the package with “FOR RETURN”.

• If you don’t want to pay return postage costs, we recommend selling your item locally & purchasing the size you need in a new order.

If by any chance you have received a damaged or defective item, please email a Return Request to crew@motoest.com.au including a description of the fault, your order number and photos attached. We will help you exchange or return the item as fast as we can.

Once our Crew has reviewed your request & contacted the manufacturer you will receive an email containing a postage paid return label and instructions on how to return your faulty item(s) to Moto Est.

Please note items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

• You are responsible for your return shipping costs on all refunds, exchanges or credit notes. (Excludes faulty items)

• Any returned items that are received outside of the 30 day return period as stated above, will be held for collection at the cost of the customer and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. The items are not deemed property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and must be collected within 14 days.

• Shipping costs paid at time of order are non-refundable.

• Once a refund has been processed it typically takes 1-3 days for the funds to show in your account but depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days.

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our PO Box. So please make sure to keep the shipping receipt and pack properly to prevent damage in transit.

• Moto Establishment Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any returned items lost in transit.

• Moto Establishment Pty Ltd are not responsible for any items that may be returned to us by mistake.

• We provide manufacturer size guides as recommendations to find your perfect fit but in the event the item isn't the correct fit, Moto Establishment Pty Ltd is not liable & the item must be returned/exchanged as per our policy.

• Any returned items that are not deemed to be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled & in original packaging with tags attached, are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. The items are not deemed property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and must be collected within 14 days.

• Face masks are not eligible for return at all for hygiene reasons.

• If your item was purchased on pre-order, then returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).

• If your item was severely delayed by the carrier, then returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).

• If unacceptable returned items are not collected within 14 days, as stated above, the items automatically become property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and will be disposed of.

We obviously don’t want to see items returned because we want you to be happy with your purchase, but also the transportation of goods has a huge effect on the environment. For this reason we discourage ordering more than you actually want.
