SHIPPING POLICY

Moto Establishment Pty Ltd use a number of Australia Post & Courier services for delivery depending on the address and the item & we pride ourselves on prompt delivery of your items. Most items are delivered within 2-4 working days within Australia & 3-7 working days Internationally but some items may take longer and we recommend checking the product page for any notes about extended delivery times for that item.

• For orders over $150 shipping is free.

• For orders under $150 shipping is a flat rate of $6.

• Your purchase will typically arrive within 2-4 business days and we make every effort to deliver on time. Just like driving a car, remote destinations can take a little longer to get to.

• Prices for shipping are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping is at your own cost & prices are for DHL Express.

• Any import duties, taxes or other fees once it has left Australia are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

• Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipments and unclaimed goods.

• Pre-order allows you to secure an item before it’s available in stock.

• If you purchase a pre-order item, your item will remain on hold until the goods are received and ready to send to you.

• Any dates provided are estimates only as manufacturing & shipping delays may push the date out in which case, we will contact you with an update on your order progress.

• If your order contains pre-order and non pre-order items it is at our discretion if items are held and sent together or sent in advance of pre-order items but this will be communicated with you.

• Some items in your order may be sent separately in which case you will receive tracking numbers for each item.

• If you have not received your tracking details, please check your junk mail.

• Customers are responsible for receiving their parcels & Moto Establishment Pty Ltd can not be held liable for returned or lost items if no one is at the address to accept the parcel or the address details were incorrect.

• Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.

RETURNS POLICY

At Moto Est. we know how important it is to have the right fit so we will do our very best to help you make the best decision on sizing before you purchase, but in the event you need to return an item to us, no problem, you have 30 days.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs involved with returns so please do double check measurements before purchasing.

In the event you cannot print the form, please include a note with your parcel so it can be identified and email the form details or a digitally completed form to crew@motoest.com.au.

• Returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of date of purchase.

• All returned item/s must be undamaged in original condition, unworn, unsoiled & in original packaging with tags attached.

• All items, excluding sale items, can be returned for a refund, credit note or exchange & be sure to state your preference on the return slip.

• All returns are processed within 24-48 hours.

• REFUNDS are processed and confirmed via email.

• EXCHANGES are permitted. If the item for exchange is valued at under $150 then an invoice for $6 shipping will be emailed to you and shipping payment must be made before any exchange is processed.

• CREDIT NOTES are processed and emailed to you to redeem at motoest.com.au via a credit code to be used at checkout.

• Any packages sent back to us must have a valid international tracking number. The shipping costs are not covered by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd.

• Please make sure you mark the package with “FOR RETURN”.

• If you don’t want to pay return postage costs, we recommend selling your item locally & purchasing the size you need in a new order.

• Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, credit only.

• All refunds, returns or exchanges are excluding shipping costs, shipping costs paid at time of order and for returns will not be refunded.

• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our PO Box, so make sure to pack properly to prevent damage in transit and keep the shipping receipt.

• All returned items are fully inspected by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd on return.

• Moto Establishment Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any returned items lost in transit.

• Moto Establishment Pty Ltd are not responsible for any items that may be returned to us by mistake.

• Moto Est. provide manufacturer size guides as recommendations to find your perfect fit but in the event the item isn't the correct fit, Moto Establishment Pty Ltd is not liable & the item must be returned/exchanged as per our policy.

• Any returned items that are received outside of the 30 day return period as stated above, will be held for collection at the cost of the customer and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. The items are not deemed property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and must be collected within 14 days.

• Any returned items that are not deemed to be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled & in original packaging with tags attached as stated above, are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note. The items are not deemed property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and must be collected within 14 days.

• If unacceptable returned items are not collected within 14 days, as stated above, the items automatically become property of Moto Establishment Pty Ltd and will be disposed of.

• Moto Est. is not responsible for any return postage or costs involved, unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.

• Pay with your PayPal account and PayPal can refund your return shipping costs if you need to send anything back – up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year. For more details you can visit PayPal.

• Once your refund has been processed it typically takes 1-3 days for the funds to show in your account but depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days.

• If your item was purchased on pre-order, then returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of the date you received the item/s.

• If your item was severely delayed by the carrier, then returned items must be received by Moto Establishment Pty Ltd within 30 days of the date you received the item/s.

• If you need to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch straight away so we can get this sorted for you.

• Credit notes are for the value of the returned item/s excluding any shipping. They can only be redeemed at motoest.com.au and cannot be used towards shipping costs, any shipping charges are calculated at check out. The value of the credit note must be used in one transaction & not in conjunction with any offers or discounts.

• Exchanges can only be processed once the item/s are received by Moto Est. and inspected. If your item is valued at under $150 a $6 shipping fee must be paid before goods are sent out in exchange. If your item is valued at over $150, the exchange will be processed straight away.

• We try to honour request for exchange at all times but in the event the item you want is not available then you can choose a refund or credit note instead.

• If you want an exchange item quickly or if stock is low, we recommend creating a new order for the item you want and returning the other item for refund.

We obviously don’t want to see items returned because we want you to be happy with your purchase, but also the transportation of goods has a huge effect on the environment so we want you to be as well informed before checking out to avoid returns and the cost to you for doing so and to discourage ordering more than you actually want. If you are still unsure of which size to purchase after looking through the sizing charts, please send us your query and we will do our best to advise on that perfect fit.
