This jacket is made to protect. You can choose to have the standalone piece which is made with "stronger than steel" Dyneema® denim which gives you a 4.5 second slide time, is great for abrasion resistance & has armour pockets. But, if you want want the addition of armour, simply insert your armour or purchase the D3O® Ghost™ armour set.
The Endurance has double weave beam technology, Dyneema® fiber in warp and weft direction for 360 degree protection. It is made with the strongest denim in the universe! Offering single layer protection designed for those warmer riding days.

DSM’s super-strong ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMwPE) fiber branded as Dyneema® offers maximum strength with minimum weight. This makes the number of possible applications virtually unlimited.
Dyneema® fiber is produced in a patented gel spinning process in which the fibers are drawn, heated, elongated, and cooled. Stretching and spinning leads to molecular alignment, high crystallization, and low density. Dyneema® has extremely long molecular chains that transfer load more effectively to the polymer backbone. So it's stronger at the same weight or lighter at the same strength than alternatives.
Dyneema® fiber is 15x stronger than steel at the same weight, with a tensile strength up to 43 cN/dtex. As well as its extraordinary strength, Dyneema® excels in cut and abrasion resistance.

Care Instructions
Wash your jeans as little as possible & they will love you for it! To prevent shrinking and fading & to allow enough time to properly break them in, we recommend not washing for at least the first six months.
Be sure to only ever wash as necessary. When you do want to wash your Dyneema® jeans, turn them inside out & soak them separately for about half an hour in cold water with a mild detergent & gently hand wash them to loosen any grime. Hang dry only, inside out and not in full sun.
If you need to clean between washes, spot clean instead & spray with a nice fabric spray when necessary to keep them smelling fresh.
