We recommend that if your body measures (eg. your thigh) the same as the garment, you will need to order a size up.
Remember, you want them to fit nicely in the leg/thigh but can be adjusted/looser fit elsewhere. These are made longer in the leg to fit taller women but can easily be rolled or tailored to fit women of all heights.

Bib Length Front: 27.94 cms across all sizes. Measure from your waist to the midsection in your chest.
Bib Length Back: 35.56 cms across all sizes. Measure from your waist to the midsection of your back.
Waist: Measure around the smallest part of your waist, where your body bends.
Lower Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your seat.
Thigh: Measure 1" below your crotch at the fullest part of your thigh.
Inseam: Measure straight down the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle.
Ankle: Measure around the fullest part of your ankle.
